Do I need to book a treatment prior to my arrival?

Yes. To help ensure that you have the most relaxing and stress free experience, please book your treatment as far in advance as possible.

Should you wish to use the Equinox Mineral Pool, please call ahead as we are often at capacity and would like to prevent any disappointment.

May I bring my child to the Spa?

The Solstice Spa allows children aged 13-18 to experience our treatments, however they MUST be accompanied by their parents while in the mineral pool, relaxation area and change rooms. Our facility is not available to children under 13 years old.

This is my first Spa experience, which treatment do you recommend?

We offer a variety of treatments and our Spa Therapists are available to guide you in making the best decision to suit your needs.

How much time should I allow before arriving for my treatment?

We ask you arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the start of your treatment. We also invite you to take advantage of our facility by coming even earlier to enjoy the mineral pool and steam showers.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes. We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment.

Failure to cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a 100% forfeiture of the cost of your treatment.

What should I wear to the Spa?

Your everyday clothing. We have changing facilities, and provide a robe, slippers and other amenities.

Bathing suits are required in the Equinox Mineral Pool.

I am pregnant, can I have a Spa treatment?

There are a variety of treatments suitable for pregnancy and our Spa therapists are available to guide you in making the best decision to pamper you and keep you comfortable during your treatment.

What is on your Spa menu?

Our Spa menu consists of a variety of nutritious options and is available from 11:30am to 3:00pm daily. Menu can be viewed here

Can I make substitutions for treatments included in the pre-set Solstice Spa packages?

No. Spa packages are designed with treatments that complement each other.

What is in the Equinox Mineral Pool?

The Equinox Mineral Pool is body temperature and seats about thirty people comfortably.

The water is local Clear Lake water, combined with potassium, magnesium, sodium and sulfate. These minerals have detoxifying and purifying properties which are nourishing and hydrating for your skin.

A soak in the Equinox mineral pool helps to relieve muscle and joint pain.

Can I use the Equinox Mineral Pool and steam room after my treatment?

Yes. Please keep in mind that there are certain treatments that require you remain out of the water for a period of time such as manicures and pedicures.

Can I claim the cost of my massage on my insurance plan?

We have a variety of massage therapists at our spa. Please let us know if you are able to claim your massage! We can help you book with the appropriate therapist and we will provide you with a sales receipt for insurance purposes.

Some of our treatments are not covered by insurance and one of our therapists will be pleased to explain which do not apply.

Will I see results from my facial or body treatment?

Our treatments are very result-driven and you will notice an immediate difference.

Do you have Spa Gift Cards?

Yes. You can purchase by phone with any major credit card.

Spa Gift Cards can be used for any treatment or retail item.
