The Latest Operating Update For The Elkhorn Resort

With the announcement of the recent changes to the Provincial Health Regulations, please see the current operating update below. We appreciate your patience as we navigate through this time, ensuring everyones health and safety. We ask that you please respect fellow guests and staff and continue to do your part to keep everyone safe and healthy.

  • The resort no longer requires the need to show proof of double vaccination

  • While the resort is fully open, our staff continues to operate with caution to ensure the health and safety of all staff and guests. Maintenance and housekeeping staff will not be entering a guests room or chalet unless necessary for repairs and/or maintenance. This means that housekeeping services will not be performed during a guests stay. Guests can request linen service or towels from the front desk at any time. 

  • The Buffalo Bar is open and operating at 100% capacity, with reduced hours as mentioned below:

    • Guests are not allowed mingle between tables. Please note that we will also be seating guests on a first come, first serve basis and not taking any reservations. Due to staff shortages and the desire to provide a high quality guest experience at the Buffalo Bar, the Buffalo Bar Hours will be:

      • ​Saturday, 8 am to 10 pm
      • Sunday through Friday, 9 am to 2 pm and 5 pm to 9 pm
        • (CLOSED from 2-5 pm)

  • The pool, hot tubs and fitness area are OPEN.

    • Pool will be open from 9 am until midnight.

    • These facilities are operating at 100% capacity.

  • The Spa and Mineral Pool facility is now open! 

    • The Spa will be open daily from 9am - 5pm. Guests must continue to wear a face mask while in treatment rooms and at all times (until March 15) unless when in the mineral pool. View a complete list of Spa updates here: Solstice Spa Operating Update

    • Mineral Pool passes will be available on a first come, first serve basis depending on availability and capacity, with no pre-booking allowed of mineral passes. Guests with pre-booked Spa treatments will have guaranteed access to the mineral pool.
