We are seeking passionate, hardworking individuals to fill the position of Line Cooks. Responsibilities will include station set up where he or she will be responsible for preparing their station before the start of each service. The line cook must make sure that all supplies needed are available and ready for use. During meal service he or she will be responsible for preparing items requested from his or her station in a timely fashion and working in cooperation with other cooks in the kitchen. After service, the line cook will be in charge of cleaning their station, cooking surfaces, etc.
The successful individual will be capable of working in a high pressure, fast paced environment, has organizational skills and can work well with others. He or she must have kitchen experience in busy hotels, fine dining or busy chain restaurants. A Food Safety Certificate is required. Flexible hours and affordable staff housing are available. Wage will be based upon experience.
