Soak in the Solstice

Water is the essential element of life. Ever since the beginning of recorded history, the sea has been utilized to benefit our health and beauty. At Solstice Spa we are recreating seawater from 40 million years ago using 100% natural crystals found 3000 feet below the Canadian Prairies. The mineral-infused waters in the Equinox Pool and hot tub provide essential minerals and trace elements which work together to increase biological healing and regeneration of the skin, as well as providing relief from muscle and joint pain.

Equinox Mineral Pool

We encourage you to join us at least one hour prior to your treatment to indulge in our revitalizing mineral pool, steam rooms and Swiss showers. These hydro-therapies increase circulation, warm the muscles and detoxify the body thus enhancing your Solstice Spa experience. Robes, slippers, towels, complimentary snacks and herbal teas will be provided so you may relax and enjoy yourself in the utmost comfort.

Children aged 13-18 coming for treatments must be accompanied by their parents while in the mineral pool, relaxation area and change rooms
