Reserving a Treatment

Our friendly staff will gladly assist you in selecting the best treatments to suit your needs and preferences. We recommend scheduling well in advance to guarantee your request. At the time of booking, a credit card is required to confirm your spa reservation.

Solstice Health

In order for our staff to provide you with the best service, we ask that when booking, please advise us of any health concerns such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, pregnancy or allergies. The consumption of alcohol before or immediately after your spa treatments is not recommended. We also advise guests to avoid shaving or waxing before body treatments as some product can cause irritations to fresh skin.

Cancellation Policy

Your reservations are booked exclusively for you. Reservations not cancelled twenty-four (24) hours in advance will be charged 100% of the spa treatment fee. This cancellation policy is necessary because the time and therapists are scheduled for you and are therefore not available for others.

At the Spa

With your leisure in mind we suggest arriving at the spa sixty minutes prior to scheduled treatments to allow yourself time to enjoy our Equinox Mineral Pool. Access to the Mineral Pool is complimentary with all treatments, except waxing services. The Mineral Pool is infused with natural minerals and trace elements that help detoxify the body and rejuvenate the spirit. Swim wear is required to enjoy this unique experience.

To maintain tranquility and encourage relaxation throughout the spa, we ask that our guests turn off their cell phones and leave them in their assigned locker for the duration of their visit, and use a soft voice while enjoying the facilities. For guest privacy, cameras and/or recording equipment are not permitted in the locker room or Mineral Pool area.

Solstice Attire

Bathing suits are required while using the mineral pool. As a guest you will be provided with a robe, slippers and locker during your stay, however we still recommend that you leave valuables and jewelry in your guest room or at home.

Kindly bring loose-fitting clothes for Thai Yoga treatments.

Soul Soothing

To ensure relaxation for our guests we ask that all cell phones and other mobile devices be turned off while in the spa. We also ask that each of our guests remain respectful of the tranquility of our spa for the benefit of each and every one of our guests.
