HAWAIIAN DINNER BUFFET MENU

KAUAI FRESH GREEN SALAD.

Romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, cucumber, tomato and red radish with balsamic vinaigrette

TERIYAKI CHICKEN.

Chicken thighs, fresh ginger, fresh pineapple, garlic, soy sauce, cracked black pepper.

STEAMED JASMINE RICE.

Aromatic Thai jasmine rice, star anise, sea salt.

VEGETABLE CHOW MEIN.

Chow mein noodles, bok choy, carrots, celery, onions, bell peppers, garlic, broccoli, cauliflower, sambal, sesame oil.

SAUTÉED GARLIC VEGETABLES.

Zucchini, onion, carrot, bell peppers, ginger, butter.

SWEET POTATO MASH.

Sweet potato, butter, cinnamon, brown sugar.

KALUA PORK.

Whole pig roasted.

Dinner rolls, butter, selection of sauces and condiments.
