Join us for Wellness week - a different class each Wednesday in April. Guests must register in advance to attend a class by calling the front desk. The schedule of classes are:
Apr 2nd Aquacise Zumba in mineral pool
Apr 9th Zumba
Apr 16th POUND
Apr 23rd Free weights (please bring dumb-bells and yoga mat)
