Gift Cards, Terms & Conditions

Gift cards or E-Gift Cards can be redeemed to pay for direct products and services, including room charges. The physical gift card or a copy (print or electronic) of the E-Gift Card must be presented at time of check in and/or prior to purchases or services rendered.

Gift cards and E-Gift Cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.

Charges that exceed the stored value of a card may be settled with cash or a major credit card accepted by the hotel/resort. If the card is redeemed for charges that are less than the value of the card, the balance will remain on the card.
